Who are we? and Why do we exist?
Xitsavi Group was formed by Themba Clarence Hlengani in 2007 as a vehicle that provides various business solutions to the public and private sector. In 2013, Xitsavi Group was restructured to take into consideration various divisions including Advisory Services, Operating Assets, and Investment Holding company. Xitsavi is 100% black owned and has a level 1 BEE contributor status.
Our Vision is to provide sustainable returns to shareholders and achieving this though setting strategic objectives that’ll guide us.

Themba Hlengani is a highly seasoned communications and media professional, with specialist skills and knowledge in the industrial and finance sectors. Along with decades of experience from working in the private and public sector.

We are always in the lookout for
investment opportunities as we believe that our growth will come through new acquisitions in the medium to long term. In the short term, we are looking to acquire assets in the mining, industrial and manufacturing space.
Develop
Our energy and power industry ambitions are driven by our desire to play a meaningful role in addressing energy challenges in the continent. We see ourselves partnering with a few players in this space to develop new energy sources for local communities.
Grow
The future growth of Xitsavi Group will also come from growing existing operating companies. Growing the Hlengani Communications brand and company is our immediate goal as we believe the pending upswing in the South African economy will result in demand for more branding and communications activities
